: Location and desk clerk.
: First room was not cleaned. Second room bed was not comfortable. Bathroom door locked me in by itself. Had to force my way out. Very disappointed. I used to stay here when I came to Marion Arkansas and the hotel was a lot better then.

: Nothing at all.
: It was an all around awful experience. We had loud neighbors that mocked my child's laughter through a closed door that was locked and really not safe for an occupant if there was someone in the room next to it.. the floors were slimy and had a film on them and there was mold all over the furniture and the door frames. My children kept slipping on the floors and I myself got a terrible bug bite that I woke up with the next morning and ended up needing prescription meds and it was a very traumatic thing to go through.. will never stay at this hotel again.
